A Spanish soldier’s shield from Justin Kurzel’s 2016 action sci-fi Assassin’s Creed.
Spanish soldiers used their shields for protection while fighting the assassins. The shield is made of rubber and is painted and intentionally distressed to look like battle-scarred metal. It is decorated with lions and castles and the reverse is overlaid with brown felt, where a thick leather strap has been attached.
The paint finish is chipped and intentionally distressed, but there is additional wear from production use and age, including some curling on the lion and castle graphics. Overall the shield remains in an excellent, production-used condition.
Materials: Rubber, Leather, Man-Made Woven Fibres, Ferrous Metals. Please be aware that the shield you receive may appear slightly different to the one seen in the photos.
