A Collection of U.S. Embassy Employee Identification Papers made for the production of Ben Affleck's 2012 Academy Award winning film Argo. Based on actual events, CIA agent Tony Mendez (Ben Affleck) who assembles a team of operatives disguised as Hollywood film crew in order to rescue six Americans trapped in Tehran during the U.S. hostage crisis in Iran.

Identification papers can be found in the film as the Americans attempt to shred and destroy their files just prior to being taken hostage, and later as the Iranian's attempt to piece together the shredded remains of these documents.

Included in this set are 10 pages featuring large photographs of embassy employees, along with their names, date of birth, sex, ID number, and signature. Each page has been printed on three hole punched card stock and has a United States Department of State emblem and confidentiality note printed at the top.
