Xenomorph Hive Set Concept Photomontage

Stock #94125

”Hey, maybe you haven’t been keeping up on current events, but we just got our asses kicked, pal!”

A concept photomontage for the set of James Cameron’s 1986 classic sci-fi sequel Aliens.

In the film, Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is found, frozen in time and floating in space, 57 years after the events of the first film. She agrees to help a group of marines after a human colony on LV-426, the planet where they found the xenomorph in the first film, goes dark. Once they land on the planet, things go from bad to worse very quickly...

This photomontage is a collection of pictures from the set of the film, pieced together to form a larger picture. It features the iconic H.R. Giger-designed growth that grows whenever the xenomorphs create a new hive. The photos are stuck to a cardboard backing and have previously been framed behind glass. There is tape stuck to the backing and many of the photos show signs of wear from age and storage, with creases and curling, and a couple have become unstuck. However, considering the age of the item it is still in a fair condition.

Materials: Paper, Card.
