Aliens

Original Production Storyboard - Drop Ship Hits A.P. Station

Stock #98769

“Get away from her, you bitch!”

A framed production used storyboard copy from James Cameron’s 1986 sci-fi action film Aliens.

Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is rescued from 57 years in hypersleep. Accompanied by a heavily-armed unit of colonial marines, Ripley returns to the moon where her crew once encountered a hostile alien creature.

This storyboard was used for the film’s extensive special effects and shows an image of Ripley holding Newt on the landing platform during the climax of the film.

Dated 'Nov. 13' and printed in black and white, the sheet has been marked 'FX 77' at the top, with printed text underneath the illustration describing the scene. The page has been hole punched twice on the bottom, where it was grouped in a sequence, forming a comprehensive shot-by-shot version of the film's special effects.

The storyboard comes beautifully presented in a custom-built framed display with laser-cut mount board featuring the classic movie title. The piece is in excellent condition.

Materials: Card, Wood, Paper, Ferrous Metals.
