A hand drawn original pencil design artwork from James Cameron’s 1986 action sci-fi film Aliens. Ellen Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is rescued by a deep salvage team after being in hypersleep for 57 years. The moon that the Nostromo visited has been colonized, but contact is lost. This time, colonial marines have impressive firepower, but will that be enough?
Artwork and designs were made and used by the crew to create costumes, props and sets. The hand drawn original pencil design shows the layout for the floor panels with the Operations Room. The outline of the layout is rendered in green-coloured ink. Marked as set "Int. Operations RM" and “Drawing No. 65”. The artist’s name is written as M.A.B (possibly Michael Boone) and the design displays multiple small rips to the edges and minor creasing from production use, but it remains in an otherwise very good condition.
