Persian Soldier Helmet

Stock #32433

A Persian Soldier's Helmet from Zack Snyder's 2006 fantasy action film, 300.

Based on Frank Miller's 1998 comic series, the film gives a fantasized interpretation of the Battle of Thermopylae, where Spartans battle against an insurmountable Persian army.

The soldiers of Xerxes' army wear a variety of helmets including a metal variant which was wrapped over with cloth. This helmet is made from resin painted with a brass-colored finish and has been intentionally crafted to appear worn. The crown of the helmet rises into a rounded point in the center, and along the brim and bottom of the helmet are raised lines. On the inside of the helmet, the resin along the sides has been sanded down, and two small metal loops have been added to accommodate a chin strap.

This item measures approximately 8" x 8.5" x 7" (20cm x 21.5cm x 18cm) and is in good condition.
